Test anesthesia

Sometimes it is even difficult to diagnose if the pain complaint is in the upper jaw or in the lower jaw. Then a test anesthesia is a useful aid to find out if the complaint is situated in the lower jaw or in the upper jaw. If the pain disappears after applying anesthesia near the suspected element, the diagnosis is a lot clearer.

Remark: Neighbouring elements get part of the anesthesia!
